Our founder, Ayla, is a seasoned Executive Coach, Trainer, Time-Line Therapy Practitioner, and NLP Practitioner, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to every engagement. Ayla’s qualifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Time-Line Therapy Institute, the American Board of NLP, and the Association of Talent Development (ATD) reflect her dedication to excellence and her passion for personal and professional growth.
Ayla has partnered with hundreds of clients, guiding them through a wide range of challenges, including leadership development, stress management, work-life balance, wellness, relationship difficulties, and overcoming barriers to authentic performance.
Having spent significant time supporting HR functions and C-Suite, Ayla has a keen understanding of the complex dynamics that can impact organisational effectiveness and team performance. She leverages this insight to identify and address underlying patterns that may be hindering growth, ensuring that organizations and their people can thrive.
Ayla is also certified in Psychometric Testing by the British Psychological Society and is a qualified facilitator and trainer, with certifications from IATA and Kirkpatrick Partners. Additionally, she is a qualified Therapeutic Riding Coach and British Horse Society (BHS certified.
